Our three high speed bottling lines offer the flexibility to run a range of glass and PET bottles at speeds of up to 600 bpm on 275ml bottles.

Both of our sites have blending and mixing equipment for the intake of high gravity products or blending of raw materials as well as full traceability from raw material intake through to the finished product.  Both sites are British Retail Consortium (BRCGS) accredited under version 9.

Bottles:

Bespoke and off-the-shelf bottle designs and capacities, ranging from 150ml to 1 litre in glass and 275-500ml in PET bottles.

Labels:

Both paper and PSL labelling (Krones paper and glue labellers & Kosme PSL labellers) capability on all three lines for neck, front, base and back labels, as well as utilising mechanical or optical bottle spotting for bespoke bottles.

Products:

Beer, cider, FABs, alcoholic RTD's, soft drinks, tonic water & fruit juices.

Closures:

Our machines allow us to handle a variety of closure types such as twist or pry off crowns as well as 28mm ROPP caps, depending upon our customer requirements.

Pack formats & Sizes:

Pack formats include clusters, stick packs, tray & shrink wrap as well as wrap around cartons.

Pack sizes range from 6 pack to 24 pack in tray & shrink or wrap around cartons.
